Adding to their impressive range of contemporary apparel designs, Japanese brand Frapbois enter the realm of athletic footwear with a new collaboration alongside New Balance. Utilizing the 996 model, Frapbois add their own signature touch of subtle yet noticeable patterns, implementing a polka dot theme amongst a colorway that features Black/Red/White color tones with 3M detailing. The kicks are now available through ZOZOTOWN for ￥14,700 (Approx. $155 USD).

Known for his use of playful themes within his collections and runway shows, most notably LEGO and Disney, Parisian fashion designer Jean Charles de Castelbajac introduces yet another interesting release from his always colorful label. Two knit sweater designs are now available, each featuring the iconic Kermit the Frog character on a solid black piece and argyle-backed option. Both can be found through select JC de Castelbajac retailers, including colette.
After numerous previews, The Hundreds have finally decided to officially showcase their latest creation in the form of the world’s first ever 26″ PK Ripper by SE Bikes. Built exclusively for the Los Angeles-based streetwear label, the bike boasts an all-new 6061 aluminum tubing, looptail rear end, and retro dropouts. Limited to only 350 units worldwide, each individually numbered bike features the signature The Hundreds JAGS design throughout, including the seat and padset. A release is scheduled for August 13th, 2009 at The Hundreds SF/LA locations as well as select The Hundreds retailers worldwide. As an added bonus, the special collaboration will see a limited edition The Hundreds x SE Bikes “Ripping” t-shirt offered in black and white to complement the PRK Ripper launch.
Today Japan has received an early release of the nicknamed “Asparagus” Dunk SB, which is scheduled for the rest of the world as part of Nike SB’s September 2009 range. The colorway is very autumnal with a brown wing, black leather toe box and red accents to complete. Perhaps the most striking feature of this release however, are the rough suede grass-green side-panels and speckled ankle parts VIA HYPEBEAST.COM
